I know that everything will go to my spouse if I don't have a Will, but can your service do a backup plan?

The assumption that all joint property will automatically go to the survivor may not be correct. In the case of real estate, there are two different types of joint ownership; "joint tenancy" (in which the property automatically passes to the other person) and "tenants in common", in which you would be free to leave your half of the property to anybody in your Will.

Our Will certainly covers a distribution plan, and a backup "alternate" plan in case you were both involved in a common accident. This extends beyond just the distribution of the estate, but also for key appointments like your Executor appointment.
Our Wills also include the ability to set up trusts for minor beneficiaries.
